If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $15 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

When will games be played and what time? All games will be played on Friday evenings & Saturday mornings, beginning January 9th/10th, 2026. Game times will vary per weekend, per team. Games locations have not been confirmed yet, likely Camleview Elementary and Highland Park Middle School.
What does my fee include? Your fee for the Winter rec season includes team jersey.
Can I sponsor my Son/Daughter's Team? Not for this season, however we are looking for sponsors for the 2026 Fall Rec Season. Contact Deirdre Eagar for more information at Deirdre@mfcphx.org.
What are the age groups? The divisions in the Winter league consist of Little Kickers/Pre-K/Kindergarten 4-6 years old Coed (U6), 1st/2nd Grade All Girls (U8), 1st/2nd Grade Coed (U8), 3rd/4th Grade Coed (U10), and a mixed 5th/6th/7th/8th Coed (U14).
Are MFC Rec team’s Co-Ed? MFC Rec teams are Coed in all divisions except for 1st/2nd Grade and 3rd/4th Grade where the MFC has also has All Girls divisions. Some teams will choose to be all girls or all boys upon coach/team request, but we do make the teams Coed if the player is not registered in an All Girls division.
When is practice during Winter rec season? There are no required practices during the Winter rec season. Some coaches may choose to hold optional practices, but practices are not mandatory. Madison District fields will not be available for practices
Can I choose my son/daughters’ coach? Yes, you can request your coach for your son/daughter for the Winter Rec season. The MFC will do our best to fulfill all requests, however not all requests will be filled due to the roster size and requests received for a particular coach. For the Winter Rec season, the rosters are smaller due to field size and game size and not all requests will be fulfilled due to roster limits.
Can I coach my son/daughters’ team? Yes, the MFC is always looking for volunteer coaches committed to coaching in all rec seasons. To put your name in to coach a team for the Winter rec season please indicate when registering your player.
What is the refund policy? The MFC has a no refund policy 30 days out from the start of the new season. This is due to team sizes and uniform orders.
